Goal
The project's primary objective was to redefine the payment experience for restaurant patrons through the implementation of Chowtime! The aim was to enable guests to effortlessly settle their bills or split expenses with a mere tap on their mobile devices. The overarching goal was to eliminate the need for manual check closures, facilitating faster table turnovers and enhancing the potential for increased gratuities.
Our Contribution
Peppernode transformed the restaurant payment experience with a quick pay-at-table feature. Guests can settle bills in 10 seconds via a QR code scan, ensuring faster table turnovers. The platform also streamlined ordering, integrating seamlessly with POS systems. Menu management is simplified by fetching data directly from POS, and Peppernode offers efficient integrations with Stripe Connect and Revel POS. The platform centralizes settings for venue management and provides robust QR code management. Real-time control over orders, payments, and user-friendly registration completes Peppernode’s impactful contributions.
Challenges
